Shipping depends on weight and distance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are priced for the fastest 2-day shipping option available.

How do I track my order?
All orders can be tracked via email. Tracking numbers are sent once the package has been shipped.

How long does it take to receive my order?
NOTE: Processing times for orders can be up to 7-10 business days due to the holiday peak season.
Once your order is placed for pick up, you will receive an email to schedule a pick up date. Pick up is in Chicago IL, Mon - Fri between 1-4 PM. If you agree to a pick up date and do not show up, you must pay full price to remake the order - there are NO refunds and NO rescheduling at this time. Mail orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of processing being completed (2 Day shipping).
